Job description

Vacuum Tanker Driver

We are seeking an experienced Vacuum Tanker Driver to support our client based in Ellesmere Port. Our client is a well-established UK business providing quality and reliable waste management and drainage services across the North West.

Main Purpose: Drive and operate specialist vacuum tanker vehicles for the transport and disposal of non-hazardous waste, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Contract Details: Temporary position for approximately 2-3 weeks.

Main Duties:

1. Drive vacuum tankers to collect and transport waste from septic tanks, treatment works, and cesspits.
2. Complete paperwork such as timesheets, logbooks, and waste transfer notes.

Requirements:

• HGV Class 2 Licence
• At least 2 years of HGV driving experience
• Team player
• Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues
• Hardworking and flexible attitude
• CSCS Card (desirable but not essential)

Working Hours and Pay:

Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:30

Pay Rate: PAYE £15.50 or £17.37 (Adv)
