BAE Systems is seeking experienced NC & CMM Programmers to support multiple platforms across the business. If you're skilled in modern machining principles and CAD/CAM programming, this is your chance to join a world-class engineering team working on cutting-edge defence projects

The Job

• Creating and modifying NC and CMM programs for hard and soft metal components
• Ensuring all programming meets project and business standards for quality and timelines
• Supporting tape prove activities and providing build line support for new or modified programs
• Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and dimensional accuracy

The Skills

• Strong understanding of machining principles and modern CAD/CAM system
• Experience in CATIA V5 for NC programming and/or Camio for CMM programming
• Knowledge of design for manufacture, dimensional management, and process planning
• Additional experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Siemens NX, CATIA V4, Valisys
• Autodesk Powermill / Powershape
• Simulation tools like CGTECH Vericut (V8)
