Why us?
Here are three reasons why this opportunity might be perfect for you:
- Starting your career: Looking for diverse assignments that teach you something new every day? A VIE experience can be equivalent to five years of experience in two. Vincent in Alberta shares: “I'm learning so much about different roles and managing a construction company, not just a project. I wouldn’t have had this chance in France at 28.”
- Mentorship: Seeking a supportive environment? You’ll be guided by experienced professionals and be part of Young Talents @VINCI Construction. Charles in Alberta says: “My team welcomed me from day one, and my manager ensures I progress every day.”
- Dynamic environment: Want challenges and growth? As a full member of the team, you manage your own projects. Caroline, now on a local contract, says: “If I want more, they give me more.”
