Poste et Missions

Contribute to Coverage & Advisory for UK Corporates, offering financial advisory, structured finance, investment banking, and M&A services. Support activities on a dedicated portfolio of clients and prospects across sectors.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with marketing pitch preparation and research.
  • Supporting financial modelling and credit analysis for finance transactions.
  • Gathering and analyzing financial data, reporting variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Liaising with Risk, Structuring, Legal, Syndication, Compliance, MO, and BO operations.
  • Developing knowledge of clients and their needs.
  • Monitoring economic and financial data impacting clients and products.
  • Understanding risks associated with transactions.
  • Maintaining and developing product knowledge through mandatory training.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies, including anti-fraud measures.
  • Collaborating with other departments for optimal cooperation.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
  • Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in Energy & Commodity markets.
  • Interest in financial markets, with relevant internships.
  • Team spirit, commitment, flexibility.
  • Self-motivated and good relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
