Carnival UK UX/UI & Digital Design Manager

Carnival UK is seeking a UX/UI & Digital Design Manager to support our digital initiatives and develop a high-performing team. This role is crucial in shaping digital experiences that delight guests and drive revenue growth. The manager will oversee the development, testing, and enhancement of user-centric journeys across the P&O Cruises product portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver the strategic roadmap and vision for P&O Cruises, managing initiatives, user feedback, and business relationships.
  • Manage user defect identification and quality assurance in compliance and UX.
  • Understand and meet user needs through effective design and functionality.
  • Support the delivery of the product roadmap, ensuring stakeholder involvement and optimal ROI.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in UX design and research.
  • Deep understanding of user design principles.
