Job summary

A leading technology firm in Salisbury is seeking a UxS Technologist to support technical development and integration of advanced uncrewed systems. You will work closely with engineering teams to evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to future UAS capabilities. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar, and demonstrable experience in robotics or autonomy. This position provides an opportunity to be at the forefront of UAS development within a rapidly growing team offering competitive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Solid understanding of autonomy concepts and flight control principles.
  • Hands-on engineering experience in prototyping and testing.

Responsibilities

  • Support the technical development of UxS platforms.
  • Coordinate cross-disciplinary technical development activities.
  • Conduct R&D projects with industry partners and academic institutions.

Skills

Experience in UAS, robotics, avionics, or autonomous systems development
Understanding of systems engineering fundamentals
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills

Education

Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Robotics, or related discipline
