UX Writer/Content Designer | B2B2C | Manchester or London

Salt have partnered with a global B2B2C Tech business looking to make their first UX Writer/Content Designer hire to join their growing Product Design team.

You'll work across multiple client and product streams to advocate for users and ensure that designs communicate simply and effectively, collaborating closely with product design, user research, and product management teams.

So, what are they looking for?

• 3–5+ years of experience in a UX writing, content design or similar role within digital products
• Experience working with localisation, global content, or multi-language platforms
• Experience in finance, travel, loyalty or other complex domains
• A strong portfolio of real work that shows how you’ve solved user problems through content
• Ability to explain your decisions clearly and collaborate well across disciplines
• Experience working with research and data to inform content choices

This is a full-time, hybrid role that can be based in either London or Manchester (Manchester preferable), offering a salary of £45,000-£55,000 depending on experience.
