The UX/UI Designer will collaborate within cross-functional squads, working with empathy and insight to build meaningful and intuitive digital experiences.

You will be responsible for
  1. Empathetic Design: Approach product design with empathy, understanding our users' emotions and behaviours. Develop designs that connect with our customers, addressing their difficulties and improving their digital interactions.
  2. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of openness and inclusivity. Embrace diverse perspectives and work creatively with team members to achieve shared goals.
  3. Design Systems Management: Expertly manage and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and cohesiveness across our digital channels. Maintain our people-focused approach by delivering seamless and user-friendly interfaces.
  4. User-Centred Research: Conduct in-depth user research to gain insights into customer needs and preferences. Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to advise design decisions and advocate for user-centric solutions.
  5. Inclusive Design: Champion inclusive design practices, ensuring our digital products are accessible to all users, regardless of their abilities or disabilities. Establish an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis. Strive for excellence by refining designs and incorporating valuable insights to improve user happiness.
  7. Collaborative Innovation: Actively contribute to a culture of innovation within the team and across the organisation. Collaborate with colleagues to explore innovative design solutions and push the boundaries of product experience.
You will need
  1. Bachelor's or equivalent experience in UX design, Product Design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is required.
  2. Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer, emphasizing design that prioritises user needs and follows user-centered methodologies.
  3. Expertise in managing and evolving Design Systems for consistent and intuitive user interfaces.
  4. Outstanding collaboration and communication skills, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  5. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, or similar.
  6. Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines, promoting digital inclusivity for all users.
  7. Experience in agile development and cross-functional collaboration is highly desirable.
