Job description

We are searching for an experienced and highly creative UX/UI Designer for our client, a phenomenally successful digital marketing business that builds high-performing brands for an impressive portfolio of financial services, online trading, and finance clients.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Design brands and digital experiences that impress, inspire, make an impact, attract attention, drive action, and build trust.
2. Create websites, dashboards, interfaces, landing pages, and digital products that are fast, intuitive, and visually appealing.
3. Utilize Figma for design work; cross-training in Photoshop or Illustrator will be provided if needed.
4. Build wireframes, UI kits, design systems, and high-fidelity prototypes.
5. Collaborate daily with developers, strategists, and content teams to translate insights into impactful designs.
6. Shape UX through data-backed decisions, user flows, behavior mapping, heatmaps, and feedback loops.
7. Push brands forward visually with your creative and strategic abilities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience designing websites, platforms, or apps, preferably in Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive behavior, UI patterns, and mobile-first design.
• Experience in building style guides, design systems, and clickable prototypes.
• A portfolio showcasing clean, bold, conversion-focused designs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback professionally.
• Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Webflow, Framer, or Adobe XD is a plus, with Figma being a significant advantage.
