A well-established online healthcare company is searching for a Lead UX/UI Designer on a contract basis. With a rapidly growing roadmap and multiple exciting streams of work across both human and pet health, they need a confident, proactive designer who can hit the ground running.

Role & Responsibilities

Working across 45+ live projects with another 35+ in the roadmap - you'll never be short of variety
Designing for end-to-end customer journeys across web and app, including areas like prescriptions, health services, vaccinations, pet prescriptions, and OTC products
Bringing strong UX thinking and polished UI execution to every brief, balancing usability with brand
Navigating a regulated industry - so an eye for compliance and how it shapes design and CTAs will really help
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams

Skills & Experience

A strong background in UX/UI, with e-commerce and healthcare experience
Experience working agency-side would be a benefit
Experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment is a big plus
A great personality and attitude - you'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling high volumes of work without dropping quality
Expertise working with Adobe Suite and Figma
