We’re hiring our first UX/UI Designer in the UK – and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to own, shape, and elevate the digital patient experience from the ground up.

You’ll work closely with our product, marketing, and clinical teams to craft intuitive, empathetic, and conversion-focused user journeys. From landing pages to onboarding flows and patient portals, you'll bring clarity and simplicity to a complex healthcare space.

This is a high-impact role with room to lead, experiment, and grow.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process: from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and handoff

• Design beautiful and functional interfaces across web and mobile (responsive)

• Map and improve patient journeys across the funnel – awareness, booking, onboarding, treatment, and retention

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams

• Implement user research and feedback into practical design solutions

• Create and manage a scalable design system for the UK market

• Bring a data-informed mindset to experimentation and design optimisation

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience (healthtech, consumer apps, or regulated spaces a plus)

• Portfolio that demonstrates clean, modern, user-first design

• Experience with Figma (or similar tools) and building design systems

• Confidence working autonomously in a first-designer role – you're resourceful, decisive, and proactive

• Strong communication and collaboration skills – you can defend your ideas but listen well too

• A natural curiosity about how people think and feel — and how that shapes behaviour
