Job Title: UX/UI and Creative Designer
Location: Hybrid working, 2 days in the office – Based in Manchester

In our multi-skilled and highly talented design team, we have UX/UI designers focused on developing user-friendly and engaging intranets and apps, creative designers who ideate memorable creative concepts, and motion designers who bring everything to life with eye-catching animated videos. The design team supports our technical and adoption consultants in delivering fresh, user-friendly and creative projects.
Here’s what you can expect to get up to:
- Work as part of a multi capability team to ensure successful adoption of Modern Workplace technology, primarily Microsoft 365 tools.
- Participate in UX/UI workshops and work closely with our technical consultants to gather requirements and create UI for Microsoft systems and apps.
- Use design system libraries and create interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Participate in creative workshops and work closely with our Adoption and Change consultants to gather requirements and design creative campaigns for the adoption of Microsoft tools.
- Design creative assets such as posters, top-tip cards and email banners using the Adobe Creative Suite as part of a creative campaign.
- Be involved on client-site filming of our launch videos and interviews.
- Design of marketing materials aligned to WM Reply’s branding.
- Opportunity to attend training courses and gain qualifications.
- Share best practice with other designers and across the organisation.
- User experience testing, optimising and improving.
What's needed?
- 1-2 years' experience either in-house or in agency in a similar role.
- Design portfolio and have a creative eye.
- Minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options with clients.
- Knowledge of Adobe products including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Figma and UX/UI best practices/basics.
- Experience of Microsoft products is ideal but not essential.
