Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for complex financial applications that simplify sophisticated securitisation processes for both institutional and retail users.
  • Create comprehensive design systems and maintain design consistency across various environments.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex financial workflows into user-friendly interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and continuously improve user experience metrics.
  • Participate in the end-to-end product design process: the critical design decisions are made as a team!
  • Support cross-functional teams by providing design guidance and contributing to front-end implementation when needed.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex application design and user-centered design processes.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping tools for creating high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and modern design patterns with experience in responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Location: London, Paris, Amsterdam
Nice to have
  • Experience designing for financial services, fintech, or complex B2B applications with an understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations.
  • Knowledge of DeFi, blockchain technology, or cryptocurrency platforms and their unique UX challenges.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate developer handoff and implementation.
  • Experience with data visualisation and creating interfaces for complex financial data and analytics.
