About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and prototyping with Figma, and multiple years of experience in creating wireframes and designs for bespoke software applications from initial concept through to finished design. The candidate should also be familiar with component libraries and managing design systems.

  • Design and Prototyping: Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions
  • Wireframing: Develop detailed wireframes that outline the structure and functionality of new features and applications
  • User-Centred Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure a user-centred approach
  • Collaboration: Work closely with platform owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs

Design Systems: Manage and evolve the design system to support the needs of the product and design team

We'd love you to have

  • Experience: Multiple years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on bespoke software applications
  • Tools: Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
  • Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and interaction design
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
