Location - Cardiff, UK

The right fit:-

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Digital Designer with strong UX/UI skills to join in-house team.

The ideal candidate:

A successful applicant will have experience in some of the following:

• Developing compelling, responsive web layouts that enhance user experience and support various strategies and goals
• Designing original graphics, including infographics, images, icons, and illustrations
• Adhering to brand guidelines, encompassing fonts, colors, tone of voice, and imagery to captivate and engage target audiences
• Creating attractive email designs with an understanding of their limitations
• Developing engaging social media campaigns for various platforms

We absolutely require:

• Solid understanding of best UI and UX practices and principles
• Proficiency in responsive web design and accessible design principles
• Expertise in design software, including Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
• Proven ability to see projects through from conception to delivery
• Minimum of 3+ years of design experience Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail

It would be a bonus if you have any experience in any of the following:

Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is advantageous, with training provided if needed
