Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into UI designs and user journeys.
• Create UX artifacts such as sketches, wireframes, customer journey maps, user flows, and prototypes (use of Figma is essential).
• Define visual styles and ensure alignment with design guidelines.
• Iterate designs based on feedback to produce production-ready products.
• Manage the full design process from discovery to deployment.
• Ensure digital journeys are on-brand, compliant, accessible, and optimized for all screens.
• Create and maintain in-house design systems.
• Stay informed on market, technological, industry trends, accessibility, and user research principles.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in Figma and other design tools.
• Understanding of accessibility standards.
• Innovative team player with a positive attitude.
• Experience working in an agile environment with multidisciplinary teams.
• Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills.
• Proven track record of delivering UX/UI solutions that improve KPIs.
• Confident in managing stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with user research methods.
• Experience in a global environment is advantageous.
• Portfolio showcasing mobile and web design projects.
