YOUR MISSION

To design intuitive, high-performing web experiences and marketing assets that captivate users and drive conversions. You’ll combine creative vision, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to craft digital designs that stand out.

This is a fully remote, full-time position.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

1. Design high-converting landing pages, product pages, and customer portals in Figma.
2. Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile experiences.
3. Ensure mobile-first, responsive designs for seamless cross-device usability.
4. Craft intuitive UI/UX solutions that enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
5. Maintain visual consistency across all digital touchpoints, ensuring brand cohesion.
6. Design marketing assets, including banners, store icons, display ads, and social media creatives.
7. Develop product packaging, user manuals, and marketing collateral that align with brand identity.
8. Provide creative direction, collaborate with marketing and development teams, and oversee design execution to align with business goals.

WHO YOU ARE

1. Experience: Minimum 3 years in UI/UX design, specifically in eCommerce (must-have).
2. Skills: High proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, UI kits), Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
3. Mindset: Creative, proactive, and detail-obsessed with a strong problem-solving approach.
4. Design Thinking: Deep understanding of user behavior, psychology, and CRO principles.
5. Work Ethic: Driven by high standards, takes ownership, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
6. Aesthetic Vision: Keen eye for design quality and the ability to craft visually compelling experiences.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

1. 30 Days: You’ve mastered brand guidelines, designed key landing pages, and contributed to initial marketing assets.
2. 60 Days: You’re leading creative projects, optimizing user experiences, and collaborating seamlessly with the team.
