Job Title: UX/UI and Creative Designer

Location: Hybrid working, 2 days in the office – Based in Manchester

In our multi-skilled and highly talented design team, we have UX/UI designers focused on developing user-friendly and engaging intranets and apps, creative designers who ideate memorable creative concepts, and motion designers who bring everything to life with eye-catching animated videos. The design team supports our technical and adoption consultants in delivering innovative, user-friendly, and creative projects.

Responsibilities
  1. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure successful adoption of Modern Workplace technology, primarily Microsoft 365 tools.
  2. Participate in UX/UI workshops and collaborate with technical consultants to gather requirements and create UI for Microsoft systems and apps.
  3. Use design system libraries and create interactive prototypes in Figma.
  4. Participate in creative workshops and work closely with Adoption and Change consultants to design creative campaigns for Microsoft tools adoption.
  5. Design creative assets such as posters, top-tip cards, and email banners using Adobe Creative Suite.
  6. Be involved in client-site filming of launch videos and interviews.
  7. Design marketing materials aligned with WM Reply’s branding.
  8. Attend training courses and gain relevant qualifications.
  9. Share best practices with other designers and across the organization.
  10. Conduct user experience testing, optimization, and improvements.
Requirements
  1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, either in-house or in an agency.
  2. A strong design portfolio and a creative eye.
  3. Minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  4. Ability to discuss and explain design options with clients.
  5. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  6. Knowledge of Figma and UX/UI best practices.
  7. Experience with Microsoft products is a plus but not essential.
