A leading technology company in London is seeking a UX Researcher to partner with product teams in developing innovative products in VR, MR, and AR. You will have the opportunity to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research, generate insights, and advocate for users' needs. Candidates should have experience in human behavior-related fields and demonstrate strong communication skills for presenting research findings.
Summary:
As a UX researcher in Reality Labs, you’ll have the opportunity to partner directly with cross functional team members to conceive, build and launch brand new products in VR, MR and AR. We're looking for researchers with experience in the intersection between technology and data privacy and can be thought partners in cross-functional teams.

UX Researcher - Qualitative Responsibilities:
Work closely with product teams to identify research initiatives
Act as a thought leader in the domain of research, while advocating for the people who could use our products
Design hypotheses and lead studies that examine both user behaviour and attitudes
Generate actionable insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate product experiences
Conduct research using a wide variety of qualitative methods and a subset of quantitative methods, such as surveys
Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and clear ways
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in human behaviour related fields (Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Experimental Psychology, Sociology, Information Science, Political Science, etc.) or relevant years of qualitative product research experience
Experience with a range of qualitative methods including but not limited to interviews, contextual inquiry, concept testing, and diary studies
Basic understanding of quantitative, behavioral analysis and statistical concepts
Capacity to ask, as well as answer, product and user experience related questions
Capacity to handle complex information and adapt to a changing environment
Demonstrated experience in communicating research results to cross-functional stakeholders with data storytelling
