Job description

We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to deliver high-quality standard work audits and risk assessment activities within the Global Last Mile Supply Chain. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Standards and Customer Excellence (GSCE) supporting standard work compliance across North America (NA), Europe (EU), Japan (JP), and Rest of World (ROW), as well as other operational nodes.

The Global Standards and Customer Excellence Audit Team is a global, fast-paced, dynamic team partnering with business teams to deliver an effective audit platform. We evaluate end-to-end supply processes, identifying non-compliance standard work risks that impact Worldwide Scorecard (WWSC) results, which guide station performance based on Safety, Productivity, Quality, Customer Experience, and People.

This role focuses on audit user behavior and creating effective audits. The individual should have specialized knowledge in research methodologies, applying practical experience with a range of research methods and tools to solve or inform business problems. The candidate will optimize all research phases: defining objectives, identifying target users, developing protocols, data collection, analysis, and synthesis. They must understand various analytic techniques and know when to apply them, synthesizing large data sets into actionable insights.

The researcher will provide insights into market opportunities, understand customer pain points, and make recommendations to improve audit platform features and meet end-user needs. They should be able to create and deliver high-quality research reports, user quotes, and videos.

Minimum Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years proven success leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact
  2. Bachelor's degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related field
  3. A strong research portfolio demonstrating past work and deliverables
  4. Experience conducting both strategic and tactical research studies
  5. Proven track record of influencing product decisions through research insights
  6. Experience with AI/ML and LLM-based technologies research
  7. Strong quantitative data analysis and statistical skills
  8. Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences
  9. Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  10. Experience conducting global research studies
