The Potential Opportunity
  1. Plan, recruit, and conduct user research sessions to guide product development.
  2. Translate findings into actionable insights, influencing design and strategy.
  3. Partner with product teams, designers, and stakeholders to align research with project goals.
  4. Champion user-centered design practices within Agile workflows.
  5. Present research findings to clients and internal teams with clarity and impact.
About You
  1. Relevant experience as a User Researcher.
  2. Knowledge of user-centered design practices and GDS standards (preferred).
  3. Experience in Agile and Scrum environments.
  4. Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  5. Proven ability to work across research phases (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live).
  6. A portfolio showcasing user journeys, personas, user testing, and interface design.
  7. Demonstrated ability to balance user advocacy with business objectives.
