A leading recruitment agency is seeking a UX Researcher for a 6-month contract in Glasgow. This role involves conducting user research, creating service blueprints, and collaborating with teams to design service solutions. The position offers £500 per day inside IR35 on an umbrella basis, with a hybrid work model of 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.

UX Researcher

UX Researcher/ Service designer:

• Conduct user research to gather insights into customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Create service blueprints, journey maps, and personas to effectively communicate service experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to design and implement service solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints to co-create solutions with stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Prototype and test service concepts, iterating designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Analyse service performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Document design processes and outcomes to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
