Job summary

Accenture is expanding its Experience Design team in London, seeking a UX Designer to deliver service blueprints, user journeys and prototypes. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft accessible, user-centered digital experiences across public and private sector clients.

The role requires strong facilitation of workshops, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end design delivery from concept to final specifications. On-site work with client sites will be expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with design lifecycle from discovery to final solution.
• Service Design/ UX experience including journeys, flows and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service blueprints and user journeys with lo-fi & hi-fi prototypes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers and researchers to shape design decisions.
• Lead workshops and inclusive design initiatives with stakeholders.
