We have a role to join a growing global team in an i-gaming company. This role involves leading the design cycle from research to delivering high-end standard experiences to clients.

THE ROLE:
  1. Lead the full UX process for web and mobile products, transforming user insights, business goals, and constraints into intuitive designs.
  2. Plan and execute user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to validate concepts and enhance user experiences.
  3. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that balance functionality and aesthetics, leveraging design systems for consistency.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features, iterating swiftly based on feedback, analytics, and team input.
  5. Advocate for user needs while presenting clear design rationale to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
THE PERSON:
  • Over 3 years of experience in UX/product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered projects and end-to-end design work.
  • Proficient in tools like Figma and Adobe XD, with solid knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility standards, and user research practices.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, data-driven design, and attention to detail; A/B testing experience is a plus.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, comfortable working independently or in cross-functional teams.
  • Driven by a strong work ethic and character, with a proven ability to influence designs through analytics and feedback.
