Job description

Wild Nutrition does supplements differently. Unlike 95% of the supplement market, Food-Grown ingredients are as close to their original food form as possible. Better recognised, better absorbed, better retained. We’re on a mission to support better health for women and families everywhere, and we’re building a team of passionate, ambitious people to help us scale.

As our Mid-weight UX Designer, you'll be instrumental in shaping and enhancing our digital customer experience — from first visit to repeat purchase. With a particular focus on conversion rate optimisation, subscription journey design, discoverability, personalisation, and loyalty UX, this role blends creativity with commercial awareness.

Working closely with the eCommerce, Growth, Content teams, and Development partners, you’ll translate insight into design solutions that drive performance, retention, and customer satisfaction across our DTC website and subscriber experience.

At Wild Nutrition, we offer more than just a job. We provide a rewarding and meaningful career in a supportive environment that values collaboration, innovation, and wellbeing. Your work will help shape our future and contribute directly to our mission of empowering women's health through pioneering, science-backed supplements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use user research, testing, and data insights to identify friction points and improve usability and engagement
  • Take ownership of end-to-end UX design across core journeys, including but not limited to conversion rate optimisation (CRO), subscriber experience, personalisation, and loyalty initiatives
  • Enhance key interactive tools and features to drive discoverability and better guide users through personalised journeys
  • Lead the UX design of account and subscription-related experiences to empower self-service, improve retention, and reduce churn
  • Collaborate on the optimisation of journeys that influence customer lifetime value, average order value (AOV), and repeat purchase behaviour
  • Support A/B testing and CRO initiatives through close collaboration with the wider eCommerce, growth, and development teams
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI documentation aligned with our design system and brand guidelines
  • Champion UX consistency and accessibility across the site by contributing to a shared design language and pattern library
  • Work in partnership with developers to bring designs to life with accuracy and high performance
  • 3–5 years’ experience in UX/UI design, ideally within DTC eCommerce or subscription-based businesses
  • A portfolio that demonstrates smart UX thinking, problem-solving, and measurable outcomes
  • Proficiency in Figma and/or other prototyping tools (e.g. InVision, Adobe XD, Creative Suite)
  • Working knowledge of Shopify and Recharge
  • Hands-on experience with user testing, journey mapping, and research-led design
  • Data-literate — confident using tools like GA4, Hotjar, or CDPs to inform decisions
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with growth, content, analytics, and developers
  • A working understanding of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with a pragmatic, agile mindset — you’re not afraid to get stuck in
  • A genuine interest in health, wellness, or purpose-led brands is a bonus
  • Time given every year to volunteer with a local charity of your choice
  • All the latest tech you need
  • Flexible hybrid working model
  • Summer Fridays
  • Generous Pension plan
  • Private health insurance
  • Enhanced Leave package with added years of service extras
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Team discount on all Wild Nutrition supplements and personalised consultations
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Enhanced parental leave policies
  • Be part of a passionate, friendly and transparent culture
