Our client is undergoing an exciting digital transformation and is looking to recruit their first UX Manager. The role offers a salary of £48,000 to £57,000, with a flexible work arrangement of one day in the office and four days working from home.

Responsibilities:

1. Be the voice of user experience within a digital squad.
2. Collaborate with the digital product owner to understand user stories.
3. Design high-quality digital UX and artefacts ready for development.
4. Conduct user research to validate design assumptions.
5. Think omnichannel and work effectively with operational teams to ensure digital and physical customer journeys are aligned.

Requirements:

• Proven knowledge, skills, and experience in user experience and digital design.
• Exceptional technical skills to create high-quality clickable prototypes, wireframes, and digital designs.
• Experience in UX research.
