USER EXPERIENCE (UX) DESIGNER - eDV CLEARED

• User Experience (UX) Designer
• £50,000 - £72,000 + Package
• Cheltenham office
• Hybrid work (2 days per week WFH)
• Must hold enhanced DV Clearance

OVERVIEW

As a UX Designer working in the National Security sector, you will create intuitive, user-centred designs grounded in user research insights that enhance the usability and accessibility of digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into seamless experiences.

ESSENTIAL SKILL SET

• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
• Experience using Design Systems
• Understanding of user-centered design principles
• Basic knowledge of UI development languages is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Figma and the client's established Design System
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and other designers
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data
• Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle
