What you can expect: Join a business that values your expertise and offers opportunities for growth. Work in a talented, diverse team with a hybrid role promoting work/life balance. Enjoy a benefits package including bonuses, holiday entitlement, private medical insurance, parental leave, and mental wellbeing support.

  • Advocate for human-centred design and inclusive principles, ensuring accessibility standards are met.
  • Collaborate across teams to improve digital products and facilitate workshops.
  • Use data and research to inform designs and validate solutions.
  • Contribute to evolving the Design System and share design value across disciplines.

Required skills and experience:

  • Passion for solving product problems with a comprehensive user experience approach.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Marvel, Miro, Axure, or similar tools.
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights for decision-making.
  • Experience with user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and testing.
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 level AA accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
  • Experience in retail is advantageous.
