A leading UK bank is seeking an experienced User Experience Designer to join their design team in Chester (Manchester also considered). You will craft user experiences and advocate for inclusive designs while collaborating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong prototyping skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience in financial services, contributing to the design of accessible products.
We're looking for an experienced User Experience Designer to join our Credit Cards design team in Chester (will also consider Manchester). This is a unique opportunity to define and enhance the journeys in which we engage and build relationships with our business customers, while supporting them with the right products, tools and services to meet their needs.
We're seeking someone who can work collaboratively alongside a full design team and take full ownership of their design output. They should be confident when presenting their work to stakeholders and able to adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders, user research, and usability testing.
Candidate requirements include demonstrable experience in User Experience or Interaction Design, strong prototyping and layout skills, familiarity with design systems, and the ability to interpret research data to inform design. Experience in financial services and working within complex landscapes is preferred. The candidate should have a collaborative mindset and be able to see designs through to delivery, ensuring they meet specifications and are usable by diverse users.
