Job description

Job Summary

We’re an ambitious new venture backed by leading investors and operating at the intersection of AI, regulation, and financial services. Our focus is on reimagining how institutions navigate regulatory complexity — using cutting-edge technology to bring clarity, speed, and confidence to critical decision-making processes.

While still early in our journey, we’re already working closely with a select group of enterprise clients and partners who share our belief that modern compliance needs a fundamentally different approach. Our team brings together deep domain expertise, product thinking, and a bias toward building — fast.

We’re at an exciting inflection point – with clear direction, client focus and a fast-growing team. You’ll be joining us as we lay the foundations of a new venture designed for long term impact across financial services

  • We believe speed comes from quality, automation, and solving the right problems.
  • We always leave things better than we found them.
  • We start with the end in mind.
  • We iterate quickly.
  • If you build it, you fix it.
  • We trust each other and ask for help.
  • If you’re in a hole, stop digging
  • We achieve product-market fit through user-centered design and rapid prototyping.
  • User satisfaction and engagement increase as our interfaces become more intuitive.
  • Our design system is robust, consistent, and accelerates feature delivery.
  • Accessibility and usability are core to every release.
Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to lead the evolution of our platform by simplifying user journeys, optimizing microservices workflows, and extending our domain model into a cutting-edge knowledge graph.

As a Senior Engineer, you are accountable for the quality, speed, and reliability of our microservices architecture, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust data security. You will transform innovative ideas into scalable code, automate everything from CI/CD to testing, and solve real customer problems at scale

Skills and Experience
  • Degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing digital products.
  • Proficiency in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Comfortable working in agile teams, collaborating with engineers and product managers.
  • Strong focus on solving real user problems and delivering measurable impact
  • Passion for continuous learning, feedback, and design innovation.
