Job summary

SR2 | Socially Responsible Recruitment | Certified B Corporation™ is seeking an experienced UX Designer to shape a next-generation, AI-enabled Defence Intelligence platform. You will partner with analysts and Defence stakeholders to simplify complex workflows and create trusted user experiences.

Qualifications

• Conduct user research with operational and Defence users.
• Run workshops to understand and improve existing workflow.
• Create user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Design workflow-based interfaces and operational dashboards.
• Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive design.
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout delivery.
• Support UAT, user feedback and iterative improvement.
• Maintain consistent design systems and components.
• Experience in MOD, Defence or National Security environments.
• Strong user-centred design, research and prototyping.
• Experience designing workflow applications, dashboards or operational systems.
• Experience engaging military, civilian and technical stakeholders.
• Agile, multidisciplinary delivery experience.
