Manchester City Centre | Mid-Level

I’m working with a fast-growing SaaS business based in Manchester City Centre who are looking for a mid-weight UX Designer to join their expanding eCommerce team. This is a key role within the organisation, offering the chance to take ownership of high-impact web experiences and help shape the future of their websites and platforms.

What you’ll work on:
  • Owning and evolving the Design System for the web and Dotcom teams
  • Driving CRO (conversion rate optimisation) - click-throughs, landing pages, homepage performance
  • Supporting rapid A/B testing, analytics and homepage prototyping
  • Delivering high-quality, engaging web designs with a strong visual presence
  • Presenting design solutions directly to stakeholders

You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on rapid experimentation and iteration - ideal for designers who love to ship quickly, test, learn, and refine.

To be successful as the UX Designer, all you need to have is;
  • 3 years’ experience as a UX Designer working fully end-to-end working on website/home pages
  • Experience using user data, A/B testing and analytics to inform design decisions
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Framer, UXPin, Webflow, FigJam, GA, Clarity, Jira, Confluence
  • A strong visual design portfolio - motion design skills are a nice-to-have
