1. Lead the vision for UX across our web and mobile platforms, creating experiences that are simple, elegant, and impactful.
2. Champion the guest journey — from discovery and booking to check-in and beyond — ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand’s warmth and reliability.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product, and engineering teams to build and evolve our design systems and visual language.
4. Inspire and influence — present your work to stakeholders and senior leadership, guiding strategic decisions with clarity and creativity.
5. Solve real problems — dive deep into user insights and data to design solutions that make every interaction feel effortless.
