Job description
We are looking for a UX Designer with industry experience designing desktop product solutions. The Designer will be required to produce production-ready visual assets and design specifications and must therefore have excellent visual design skills which are demonstrated in their portfolio. We are looking for someone who has strong acumen at translating complex customer requirements and design problems and developing solutions for them that leverage the Fluent design system and design toolkits that we have built to support this work. The ideal candidate will also have strong presentation skills and be comfortable in a customer-facing setting.

- Produce production-ready visual assets and design specifications.
- Translate complex customer requirements and design problems into effective solutions.
- Leverage the Fluent design system and design toolkits.
- Present design concepts confidently in customer-facing settings.
- Experience in designing desktop and product feature work/solutions.
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing flows.
- Expertise in Figma.
- High-quality portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design skills.
- Experience in prototyping is preferable.
- Familiarity with the Copilot ecosystem, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Harmony, PBI, and Dynamics.
- Understanding of AI, Chatbot, and Agent integration.
- Ability to stay updated with wider industry trends.
This is a fully remote Contract position based in London, UK.
