Your Role

• Champion a customer-first mindset while aligning with business goals.
• Ensure all designs meet brand, channel, and policy standards.
• Drive new strategies to elevate the Experience Design team.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape project direction.
• Communicate across design, development, and product teams.
• Mentor junior designers and support their growth.
• Lead workshops and walkthroughs to align teams.
• Deliver UX artifacts: personas, journeys, wireframes, prototypes.
• Solve problems using data-driven insights.

Your Profile

• 5+ years in UX Design with a strong digital portfolio.
• Skilled in Agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.
• Background in design, HCI, or related field.
• Experience designing for web, mobile, and complex systems.
• Proficient in tools like Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Android, iOS.
• Strong conceptual thinker and visual communicator.
• Confident in leading presentations and stakeholder sessions.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
• Experience in the financial sector is a plus
