About You
If so, this could be the role for you…
The Role
As a UX Designer at Heywood, you will help drive forward our software products ensuring users are at the centre of the solutions we design and build. You will work within our Product team, collaborating with other UX Designers, Researchers, and our Scrum teams to test hypotheses and learn fast.
Working with our Product Owners, you will define the problems that need to be solved and solutions with end users and/or customers. You will understand different research, prototyping, and testing methods and know when and how to apply them.
As a UX Designer, your role is to advocate the value of user experience to all levels of the business, being able to gain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders as well as your peers. You will need to be willing to get ‘stuck-in’ and help other teams with tasks such as understanding customer needs and providing guidance on UX best practices.
You will be…
Desirable but not essential…
