The IB is undergoing an exciting transformation in how it delivers technology, driven by a new operating model. At the heart of this change is the UX Design department, which plays a critical role in shaping exceptional customer experiences across our digital products, designing complex products and services, both in-house and in partnerships with the broader IB ecosystem.
This team is passionate about understanding user needs and improving business processes to unlock new technology capabilities and deliver meaningful efficiencies. By centralising and standardising UX capabilities across the IB Offices, the department ensures consistency and excellence in user experience design.
As part of this team, you'll report directly to the Head of UX, who leads the IB's strategic direction on all UX topics and is responsible for establishing and growing this department.
