Survey Solutions in Milton Keynes/Bedford is seeking a proactive Utility Surveyor. You will perform utility and CCTV surveys, process data, and contribute to multi-disciplined projects. The role involves site and office work with opportunities to mentor junior colleagues.

Applicants should have 2–3+ years in utilities surveying, strong GPS/Total Station skills, and a full UK driving licence. Overtime and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in utilities surveying.
• Experience completing utilities and CCTV surveys.
• Knowledge of traversing and GPS control networks.
• Experience with GPS and Total Station equipment.
• Ability to process raw survey and CAD data.

Responsibilities

• Complete a range of utility and CCTV surveys independently to high standard.
• Work on large and complex surveying projects with team members.
• Provide guidance to junior staff on survey projects.
• Assist development of trainees onsite and in the office.
• Maintain instrumentation and report safety issues.
