We are seeking a proactive and safety-minded Utility Service Technician to join our highways team based in Bracknell. The role will cover South of England and comes with a competitive salary. Full training will be provided to help you build the technical skills needed to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities for Utility Service Technician

  • Supporting operational teams in identifying and avoiding underground and overhead utilities
  • Conducting site surveys to inform design and construction planning
  • Delivering training sessions on cable detection tools and interpreting utility plans
  • Liaising with utility providers and clients to obtain accurate site documentation
  • Assisting in incident investigations and contributing to preventative safety measures
  • Performing site audits to ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
Requirements for Utility Service Technician
  • Previous experience in highway works or construction environments
