Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Utilities Surveyor to deliver utility mapping across the UK, applying GPR, PAS 128 and modern survey methods.

You will work with GNSS and Total Station data, produce AutoCAD deliverables, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support safe project delivery. Hybrid working across UK projects with occasional overseas work; a full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in utility surveying and PAS 128 methodologies is essential.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, GNSS and Total Station survey techniques is required.
• A full UK driving licence is mandatory; topographic surveying experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver utility surveys using electromagnetic detection and GPR techniques.
• Work to PAS 128 M1–M4(P) methodologies and industry best practice.
• Operate GNSS and Total Station survey equipment.
• Process and present survey data using AutoCAD and related software.
• Produce accurate 2D and 3D survey outputs to project standards.
• Support safe, quality-driven project delivery across varied environments.
