Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe is seeking a Utility Survey Team Lead to plan, lead and deliver utility surveying programmes across diverse environments, using PAS 128 M1-M4(P) methodologies. You will guide field teams, capture data with GPR, EM, GNSS and total station, and translate results into AutoCAD deliverables.

The role emphasizes safe working practices, client liaison, and regulatory/compliance adherence, with opportunities for international deployments and hybrid site visits.

Qualifications

• Proven utility surveying experience.
• Strong knowledge of PAS 128 M1-M4(P).
• Competent with GPR, EM, total station, GNSS and AutoCAD.
• Full driving licence and suitability for security clearance required.
• QCF Utility Mapping Level 3/5; topographic surveying experience and relevant professional training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams on utility surveys using GPR and EM.
• Plan, lead and deliver utility surveying programmes across varied environments.
• Produce standard utility deliverables and CAD outputs.
• Ensure safe systems of work and compliance with client specs and regulatory requirements.
