Huntswood is looking for Utilities Complaint Handlers with utilities and complaint handling experience to join an exciting project based in our Glasgow Office. As a complaint handler you will be investigating business customer complaints and resolving them with solutions that suits the customer and the company. You will also be taking and making calls from customers to deal with their complaints in a timely manner.
Start Date: 18th November 2024
Day Rate: £155 - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Location: Glasgow City Centre - This is a office based role
Working hours: Monday to Friday , 9am to 5:30pm
