A healthcare organisation in Halwell is seeking a Configuration Manager to oversee the EPR User & Security team. Responsibilities include team management and ensuring operational flow using Microsoft tools. The post holder will be responsible for their own workload, including financial and personnel administration, overseeing building maintenance, and dealing with clients/visitors and multi-disciplinary teams.
The role involves organising the day-to-day operations of the EPR User & Security team (1.0 WTE Band 8a Configuration Manager + 5.0 WTE Band 6 & 7 Configuration Analysts). The post holder will support workload supervision for the analysts and report directly to the Configuration Manager.
The individual will help organise the team’s workload using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams. They will also become proficient in the use of the access elements of the EPR system, the IT service desk portal, and the Learn Plus Training system to ensure the team provides timely and appropriate access for end-users, maintaining operational flow.
