Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow. They follow a remote-first policy with ad hoc client site visits when required (on average 1-2 visits per month, but can be more or less).

They are looking for a permanent User Researcher Consultant to join a rapidly growing team, working across multiple Digital Transformation projects within Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors. The offered salary is up to £55,000 plus full benefits.

Primary skills and experience required:

  • Must be eligible for SC Clearance.
  • Hands-on experience leading user research using behavioral and attitudinal methods, with knowledge of when to apply each.
  • Experience across various phases of a product or service lifecycle, from discovery and exploration to design and delivery.
  • Experience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and design principles.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary, agile teams where you have led user research and influenced product or service design through insights.
  • Familiarity with using prototypes to test hypotheses and validate user journeys.
  • Understanding of tools and practices for both in-person and remote research.
