Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester, and Glasgow. They follow a remote-first policy with ad hoc client site visits (average 1-2 visits per month, but can vary).

They are looking for a permanent User Researcher Consultant to join a rapidly growing team, working on multiple Digital Transformation projects within Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors. The top-end budget is £55,000 + full benefits.

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Hands-on experience leading user research, using behavioural and attitudinal methods, with knowledge of when to apply each.
• Experience across multiple phases of a product or service lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
• Experience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and design principles.
• Strong storytelling, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary, agile teams, leading user research and influencing design through insights.
• Familiarity with using prototypes to test hypotheses and validate user journeys.
• Knowledge of tools and practices for in-person and remote research.
