Description for the User Researcher:

This is a fantastic opportunity with an international management consulting company, who are looking to fill multiple User Researcher roles to help deliver innovative digital solutions to a number of end clients in the UK (Large scale digital transformation projects in the Public Sector). This role offers the chance to join their growing digital practice with excellent opportunities for career growth.

The company provides comprehensive training to all their consultants, both online and in classroom settings.

Candidates can live anywhere in the UK (remote) and will work from home. Occasional client visits will be necessary, but these will be fully funded.

Experience required for the User Researcher roles:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in a User Researcher role
• Experience in the Public Sector and GDS standards (Government Digital Service)
• Active Security Clearance at SC level

Salary and benefits:

The salary for these roles is up to £55,000, depending on experience, along with an excellent benefits package including extensive training and clear career development plans.
