My client, a leading global professional services company specializing in digital transformation and management consulting, is looking for a skilled User Researcher to join their team. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be on-site 3 days a week in Newcastle. You'll be responsible for planning and executing user research to inform policy and service design.

Responsibilities
