User Researcher | Financial Services | Manchester - Hybrid

£45,000 - dependent on experience

We’re partnered with a forward-thinking software company that's transforming how people manage their financial futures. Their innovative SaaS platform powers pension management tools used by businesses, providers, and third parties, making a real impact on users' lifelong financial journeys. They are now looking to add a User Researcher into their growing Product & Design team.

About you:

• You enjoy solving problems and making decisions based on user research and data
• You’re a confident communicator with strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills
• You have experience working in a B2B environment and understand how to balance business goals with user needs

What you’ll do:

• Keep users at the centre of the design process from start to finish
• Work closely with designers, product teams, and developers to turn insights into action
• Plan and conduct user research using a variety of methods, such as interviews, surveys, usability tests, A/B testing, and analytics
• Use tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to understand user behaviour and identify areas for improvement
• Present research findings in clear, actionable ways to inform design and product decisions
• Advocate for user needs at all levels of the organisation
• Help improve research processes and methods to support continuous improvement
