Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience delivering impactful user research, ideally within an agile product team.
  • Strong understanding of usability principles and UI design best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of research methodologies.
  • Natural empathy for users, demonstrated through insightful facilitation and engaging workshops.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, conducting, and analysing usability tests and other evaluative research methods.
  • Translating insights into actionable design recommendations to enhance our products and services.
  • Running workshops with stakeholders to explore and validate research findings.
  • Leading user research sessions with our existing clients to uncover opportunities for improvement.

Does this sound like you?
You’re a passionate User Researcher eager to make an impact in a fast-growing financial scale-up. You bring experience across a range of qualitative research methods and are excited about using those skills to shape user-centred products.

What you’ll do:

As a key member of our expanding User Research team, you’ll be the voice of the user within your squad. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers and Data Analysts to ensure user needs and insights are central to every product decision.

  • Planning, conducting, and analysing usability tests and other evaluative research methods
  • Translating insights into actionable design recommendations to enhance our products and services
  • Running workshops with stakeholders to explore and validate research findings
