Job summary

Experis UK is seeking an experienced User Researcher to join a large-scale digital programme, working across multiple product teams to ensure services are designed around genuine user needs. The role offers flexible location with a Telford base and BPSS clearance is required.

The position involves planning, conducting and analysing qualitative and quantitative research, translating findings into clear insights, and collaborating with designers, product managers and engineers to inform decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a User Researcher within digital delivery environments.
  • Strong experience planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Expertise in usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and insight generation.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and engaging way.
  • Experience working within Agile, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Passion for user-centred design and evidence-based decision making.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced User Researcher to join a large-scale digital programme, working across multiple product teams to ensure services are designed around genuine user needs.

Inside IR35 Rate: £400.00 - £414.00

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Flexible (Telford base)

Clearance Required: BPSS

Key Responsibilities
